Our story

Tax help people can actually understand.

Most clients don’t want a lecture on the Income Tax Act. They want their return filed correctly, on time — and to know what was filed in their name.

Unidara Associates started in Chattogram in 2019 with a simple aim: give individuals and small businesses tax help they can actually understand.

Over time the work grew to cover VAT, RJSC company formation, licences and trademarks, and the financial documents that visa files need. Study-abroad agencies began sending us their files too, and today we act as a dependable back office for several of them.

The way we work hasn’t changed: a licensed practitioner reviews every file, you get a fixed quote before we start, and we explain what we did in plain Bangla or English.
