How the process works
- 1
Tell us what you need
Message us on WhatsApp, call, or use the contact form. A short description is enough to start.
- 2
Send documents
We send you a checklist specific to your case, so you only collect what is actually needed.
- 3
We prepare and review
A licensed practitioner prepares and checks the work. You see it and approve it before anything is filed.
- 4
Filed and delivered
You receive the acknowledgement, certificate or registration, with a short note on what was filed and why.
Common mistakes we fix
- Choosing the wrong registration type for the turnover.
- Business address that doesn’t match the trade licence.
- Getting the BIN and then not filing returns — nil returns are still due.
Questions
Once the documents are in order, the VAT online system usually issues the certificate within a few working days.
No. BIN registration itself is free. Our fee covers preparing the application correctly and following it up.
Not always. Below Tk 50 lakh turnover, registration is usually not mandatory unless your business is in a category that must register — for example importers, exporters and tender suppliers.
