How the process works
- 1
Tell us what you need
Message us on WhatsApp, call, or use the contact form. A short description is enough to start.
- 2
Send documents
We send you a checklist specific to your case, so you only collect what is actually needed.
- 3
We prepare and review
A licensed practitioner prepares and checks the work. You see it and approve it before anything is filed.
- 4
Filed and delivered
You receive the acknowledgement, certificate or registration, with a short note on what was filed and why.
Common mistakes we fix
- Bank interest and savings-certificate profit left out because tax was already deducted at source.
- Closing assets that don’t match last year’s figures, which invites questions later.
- Rebate claimed on investments that aren’t eligible, or above the allowed limit.
- Waiting until the last week before Tax Day, when the e-return system is slowest.
Questions
For most individuals the return is due by Tax Day, 30 November. If you miss it, you can still file, but additional tax and the loss of some benefits may apply — talk to us before filing late.
Yes. Many people file with income below the threshold, and it gives you the proof of submission of return (PSR) that banks and offices ask for.
Yes. Most individual returns are filed through the NBR e-return system. Where a paper return is required or allowed, we prepare and submit that instead.
The acknowledgement (PSR) proves that you submitted a return. A tax certificate is a separate document confirming your filing and the tax paid for a year — embassies and banks often ask for it.
